Enspire To Sponsor January 27 Austin E-Learning Mixer Series

Austin, Texas - January 23, 2004 - Enspire Learning and the Austin ASTD E-Learning SIG co-sponsor the Austin E-Learning Mixer Series, a networking and speaker series that brings together Austin's e-learning community.

The next event in the series will be hosted by Enspire Learning on January 27. The event will include a networking hour from 6 pm to 7 pm and will feature speaker Dr. David Palumbo, Vice President of Sapient's Global Learning Services Practice from 7 pm to 8 pm. The featured topic of Dr. Palumbo's speech will be "The Future of the Business of Learning."

Dr. Palumbo has built a career around the creation of profitable and effective e-learning systems. A teacher, researcher, academic administrator, entrepreneur, consultant, salesman, and corporate executive, Dr. Palumbo has carved a unique global position in the business of learning and is an engaging speaker, nationally renowned authority in the field. Prior to working at Sapient, Dr. Palumbo led the Learning Services division of Human Code. He also served as Chair of the Instructional Technology Department at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

The event will be held at Enspire Learning's offices, 1708 Guadalupe Street, Austin, TX 78701.

The E-Learning Mixer Series, sponsored by the ASTD E-Learning SIG and Enspire Learning, features networking events and speakers every other month.
