Enspire Content Developer to Speak at eLearning Producer Conference and Expo
Austin, Texas - March 14, 2005 - Enspire Learning, a leading developer of custom e-learning solutions, announced today that its Director of Content Development, Nathan Kracklauer, will be presenting "Teaching Leadership Through e-Learning Simulations" at the 2005 eLearning Producer Conference.
This presentation will demonstrate how to use simulations to encourage deep reflection, understanding, and behavioral change in the complex and highly topical area of executive leadership. In this session, Kracklauer will demonstrate Enspire's multiplayer business simulation -- The Executive Challenge -- and illuminate how its design facilitates meaningful discussion and understanding about leadership issues that arise at executive levels of the corporate world.
The conference will be held at the Renaissance Parc 55 Hotel in downtown San Francisco from March 14 to March 17. Kracklauer's session will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at 04:15 PM.
Kracklauer is Enspire's chief writer and instructional designer. With his storytelling approach to learning, he has developed and documented Enspire's unique and award-winning approach to instructional design. He is responsible for training and guiding Enspire's content development team, and has led numerous instructional design workshops at companies such as National Instruments. Kracklauer holds bachelors degrees in mathematics, philosophy and liberal arts honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
