Enspire Learning Simulation Trains Executives at New York University
Austin, Texas - May 8, 2002 - Enspire Learning announced its successful deployment of its Global Supply Chain Management Simulation at an executive education class at New York University's Stern School of Business. This announcement marks another major milestone in the adoption of Enspire Learning's simulations in the area of executive education.
The Global Supply Chain Management Simulation teaches complex topics in operations and supply chain management. Students at NYU learn to master the complexities of a global supply chain by designing two models of mobile phones, creating a supply chain for their products, and reacting to changes in demand.
"Enspire's action-based learning approach is ideal for teaching advanced business skills," said Bjorn Billhardt, CEO of Enspire Learning. "By blending learning strategies, the supply chain management simulation ensures retention of this very complex topic." Universities such as Washington University in St. Louis, Rochester University, and Harvard Business School have already successfully implemented Enspire's action-based simulations.
"Based on our success at other top-ranked universities, we are confident that our approach to creating effective and entertaining e-learning tools will become integral to business education at NYU," said Seth Caplan, Executive Producer at Enspire Learning.
