FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Enspire Learning Launches New Version of Award-Winning Leadership Simulation

A demonstration event will be held in conjunction with the most recent release of Executive Challenge™.

Austin, Texas - August 23, 2006 - Enspire Learning, a leading developer of custom e-learning, simulations, and blended learning programs, announces the launch of Version 2.0 of Executive Challenge™. Executive Challenge™ is a multiplayer leadership simulation that helps some of the world's leading organizations identify, cultivate, and develop the leadership, communications, and business acumen of their employees.

Enspire originally released Executive Challenge™ in 2004 to provide organizations with a transformative leadership development experience. Enspire recognized that traditional leadership development programs often fail because they lack a relevant business context, clear feedback, and a truly memorable experience. Executive Challenge™ addressed these problems by immersing participants in a competitive multiplayer simulation, challenging them with scenarios customized to their business context, and providing participants with real-time coaching and meaningful feedback.

Version 2.0 of Executive Challenge™ demonstrates a significant upgrade in the finance, marketing, and strategy backend of the simulation while streamlining administration and facilitation functionality. "Our clients asked us for a simulation that would focus on the multidisciplinary leadership demands that today's managers face, from managing difficult employees to developing an effective go-to-market strategy," Product Manager Beth Cowan explains, "The simulation has already been used teach marketing strategy to general managers at a pharmaceutical company and finance skills to new executives at a media company. Version 2.0 gives our learning consultants entirely new opportunities for tailoring the simulation to our clients' business needs."

"Simulations are among the most powerful tools to catalyze behavior change that sticks," said Enspire CEO Bjorn Billhardt. "Executive Challenge™ goes far beyond the PowerPoint lecture or motivational speech by creating a safe environment where business leaders can identify gaps in leadership and communication, try out new techniques, and receive feedback on their performance."

Enspire Learning is offering a free day-long interactive demonstration of Executive Challenge™ Version 2.0. The demonstration event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2006, at the Wharton School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If you are interested in experiencing Executive Challenge™ firsthand, please contact Alexandra Kleeman at xandra.kleeman@enspire.com. Enrollment is very limited.

Executive Challenge™ has found success in both the corporate and academic world, with clients such as the UCLA Anderson School of Business, Pitney Bowes, MITRE, Applied Materials, and Cox Enterprises. The Wall Street Journal dubbed Executive Challenge™ the "The Sim City of the Business World" and Human Resource Executive magazine named it one of the Top Training Products of 2005. Training Media Review gave the simulation a four out of four star rating and it was a finalist in the 2005 CODiE Awards.
