Vivian Valiant and the Crown of Coaching is an immersive simulation that places you into the role of a manager of a team of adventurers seeking a priceless artifact. This theme was chosen to provide a fun and engaging experience for the audience and to take the narrative out of a realistic office setting; what is realistic for one office is not for another, and a fantasy coaching scenario helps learners focus on the coaching concepts instead of being distracted by minor details of an unfamiliar office setting.

Players will assign characters to explore new territories and complete tasks, incrementally revealing the entire game board. Coaching, performance counseling, and feedback conversations will take place inside the Crown of Coaching conversation simulation engine. As learners interact with characters, they may gauge those characters' moods by paying attention to both dialogue and body language, each of which changes as the conversation progresses.
